I am a passionate Manufacturing Systems Engineering professional specialize in Advanced Manufacturing Systems through a Master’s Degree. With a solid foundation in manufacturing engineering from my Bachelor’s at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and an evolving skill set from my Master’s at California State University of Northridge, I am deeply committed to innovation in manufacturing processes and automation.

My journey in the manufacturing industry, spanning from an Internship Project Manufacturing Engineer to my current role at Haas Automation, has been driven by a relentless pursuit of efficiency, quality, and sustainability. At Haas, I am responsible for a significant Automated Hose Feeder project, where I’ve managed to save thousands of labor hours annually and reduce material waste through strategic planning and the integration of advanced SAP (ERP) solutions. My experience also extends to improving workflows using VBA and SAP Macros, purchasing capital equipment to enhance work ergonomics, and introducing new products to minimize costs and lead times.

Before joining Haas, I contributed to Fralock Holding and The Foam Shop, where my projects ranged from establishing in-house testing processes compliant with ASTM and Mil Standards to reverse engineering products for optimized manufacturability. My role as Chief Design Officer and Co-founder of Advanced Material Designs highlighted my entrepreneurial spirit and my ability to drive business growth through innovation and lean manufacturing principles.

Beyond my professional life, I am a fervent learner and contributor to the field of manufacturing engineering. I have led teams in every project throughout my academic career, constructed a 6 DoF articulated arm, and developed a dynamic Virtual 3D Printer on the Omniverse platform. My skills span across SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, Mastercam, and programming in Python, VBA, and C++, underscored by a strong grasp of lean manufacturing principles and quality management methodologies like DMAIC and PDCA.

I am honored to have my work recognized through various certifications and activities, including a Lean Specialized Credential from ASQ and a Green Belt in Lean Six-Sigma from CPP. My commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in manufacturing is unwavering, and I eagerly anticipate contributing my skills and passion to new challenges and opportunities.
